KNRC/Denver station highlights:
- 4 out of 5 months (Feb-June) total cume increased to highest on station during brief 2-year history and even doubled from April to May.
- Roughly 20-25% of the phone calls coming into our local talk programming each week were listeners of less than three months.
- Established relationship with Denver Post online that included the publishing of host articles.
- Nearing partnership with two TV stations which would have aired KNRC talk content plus live shots of hosts during TV newscasts.
- While focusing on improving talk show content, implemented new elements and freshened station sound through entertaining imaging.
- Began aggressive promotional strategy aimed at community involvement and coverage by TV and newspaper. We recently began a promotion where listeners could register to vote. "Talk the vote" we called it.
- Streamlined format clock to provide more "talk time than any other Denver radio station" to take advantage of our competition's clutter.
- Over 90% of our live endorsement clients were renewing because of our focus on advertiser results.
